Do not replace your toner within your device when you receive a message on the machine that your toner level is at 20% or lower. Only replace the toner in your machine when a message appears on your device directing you to replace the toner at this time. Replacing the toner before its completely empty will throw-off the calibration of your machine and will effect when the system will dispatch replacement supplies.
- NOTE: The Key Device Contact will receive an email from the Zeno system notifying them that replacement supplies has been shipped.
