The number one cause of devices jamming are paper clips. It’s very important to always make sure you remove any paper clips attached to documents before you place them in the document feeder for scanning or copying. In addition, it’s important to remember to not overload the paper tray with paper when refilling the tray.
If you’re your machine does jam, we suggest contacting the help desk to report the issue at 1-800-226-6482. You can also click on the “Support” tab on the PrintSmart website and look for your specific device located within the “Equipment Flyers” folder. Depending on the device, there may be a training video available on how the clear a jam.
