Replacement supplies for a specific device are shipped to the address on file with Zeno for the Key Device Contact (KDC) who is registered for a printer/copier. On the outside of the box, the information should include the KDC name along with the serial number of the machine needing the replacement toner.
Once the system dispatches the supplies automatically, the KDC will receive a generic email from Zeno notifying you that toner has been sent. It usually takes 3-5 days to be received.
The Key Device Contact should always keep one set of spare toner supplies for each PrintSmart device they manage on hand at all times. To order additional supplies, simply call the PrintSmart help Desk at 1-800-226-6482.
If you find that you have too much supplies on hand, simply call the help desk and they will be happy to dispatch someone to come by and pick up any excess toner you may have.
NOTE: If you’re in a situation where you don’t have a spare toner on hand and you run out before the replacement toner is received, please contact UF Purchasing asap and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to get you an emergency supplies to you right away.
