Powering Your PrintSmart Device

Please make sure your PrintSmart copier is the only device plugged into an electrical outlet. Having more than one item plugged into a receptacle shared by your PrintSmart device or plugged into a “power strip” will cause the copier to re-boot and could damage the equipment. Please make sure your copier is plugged into a dedicated receptacle to help avoid this potential issue.
